Eye Protection Exercise

　　眼保健操

　　In Chinese school, it is the rule that students need to do eye protection exercise during the break time, all the students will do it when they hear the music.

　　在中国的学校，学生需要在课间做眼保健操，这是规则，所有的学生在听到音乐时都要做。

　　The exercise seems not important for me, because I don’t think it works, but my sister tells me that her eyesight is better than her classmate since she takes the eye protection exercise, so I keep the exercise every day.

　　这个操对于我来讲似乎不是那么重要，因为我觉得它没有起到作用，但是我的姐姐告诉我她的视力比同学的好，因为她做眼保健操，因此我也每天做眼保健操。
